How to delete your Dwelluno account
You can request deletion at any time. During beta, we process deletion requests through support to keep things safe and prevent accidental loss.
Request deletion
Email us from the same email address associated with your Dwelluno account (or include your account email in the message). This helps us verify identity and protect your data.
If you used multiple emails, tell us which one you used for your account.
What “deletion” means
Product account & content
We remove (or de-identify where appropriate) the data tied to your account—such as your asset records, maintenance history, and documents you uploaded—subject to technical and legal limits.
Waitlist entry
If you joined the beta waitlist, we can remove your waitlist record as well. Include “remove my waitlist entry” in your request if desired.
In some cases, we may retain limited information if needed to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, or prevent abuse/fraud.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time during beta. If we need more information to verify the request, we’ll reply asking for it.

Self-serve deletion (coming)
We plan to add a self-serve “Delete Account” option inside app settings for broader release. Until then, support-assisted deletion ensures we verify identity and prevent accidental removal.
