How to delete your Dwelluno account

You can request deletion at any time. During beta, we process deletion requests through support to verify identity and prevent accidental loss.

Request deletion

Email us from the same email address associated with your Dwelluno account (or include your account email in the message). This helps us verify identity and protect your data.

If you used multiple emails, tell us which one is linked to your account.

What “deletion” means

Account & product data

We delete (or de-identify where appropriate) data tied to your account, such as your properties, rooms, asset records, maintenance history, and notes.

Uploaded documents & files

We delete files you uploaded (for example: receipts, manuals, photos, warranty documents) and related metadata, subject to technical and legal limits.

Waitlist entry (optional)

If you joined the beta waitlist, we can remove your waitlist record too. Include “remove my waitlist entry” in your request if desired.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, or help prevent fraud/abuse (for example, basic support communications or security logs).

Deletion requests apply to the Dwelluno account and associated data. Third-party providers (such as email services) may retain certain records according to their policies and legal requirements.

Timing

During beta, we aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request, we’ll reply asking for it.

Self-serve deletion (coming)

We plan to add a self-serve “Delete Account” option inside app settings for broader release. Until then, support-assisted deletion helps verify identity and prevent accidental removal.
