Terms of Service

1) Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

2) Your content and permissions

You may upload or store content such as home and asset information, maintenance records, and documents (e.g., warranties, receipts, manuals, photos) (“User Content”).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant Dwelluno a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and store the User Content you provide and that your User Content does not violate the rights of others.

If you request account deletion, we will handle deletion as described on Delete Account and in our Privacy Policy.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without permission.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the Service, or abuse rate limits.
• Use the Service for unlawful activity or to violate others’ rights.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the Service in a harmful way.
• Use the Service to transmit spam or attempt to bypass security measures.

4) Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including during beta. We try to minimize disruptions, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.

5) No professional advice

The Service may help you organize home information, maintenance, and documentation. It does not provide legal, insurance, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service and for verifying information with qualified professionals where appropriate.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and trademarks, is owned by Dwelluno or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

7) Paid features (if introduced)

Some features may be offered as paid subscriptions or paid plans in the future. If paid features are introduced, we will present pricing and billing terms at the point of purchase and may publish additional subscription terms.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Dwelluno DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Dwelluno WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL Dwelluno’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described there.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute relating to the Service will be brought in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

(Note: We may revise this section during production launch based on counsel guidance and where the business is formally established.)

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post updates on this page and, if changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify users.
