Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 10, 2026. This policy describes how Dwelluno collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, join the beta waitlist, or use our products and services (the “Service”).
Plain-English summary
- We collect the minimum needed to operate and improve the Service.
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- You control what home data and files you add to the Service.
- You can request deletion at any time.
1) Information we collect
Waitlist & contact info
If you join the beta waitlist, we may collect your email and (optionally) a few preference fields (like platform or primary pain) to prioritize invites and onboarding.
Account & authentication
If you create an account, we collect information needed to sign you in and keep your account secure (for example, your email address). Authentication is currently provided via email/password sign-in.
Product data you add
When you use the Service, you may store home details and records such as properties, rooms, assets, maintenance history, and notes. You may also upload documents (receipts, manuals, photos, warranties).
Usage, device & log data
We may collect basic technical data such as browser type, device information, approximate location (derived from IP), and server logs (like timestamps and request metadata) to keep the Service reliable, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
Support & feedback
If you contact support or provide feedback, we’ll collect the information you choose to share so we can respond and improve the product.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data categories (such as government IDs or full payment card details) as part of the waitlist.
2) How we use information
- Provide and operate the website and Service.
- Invite and onboard beta users and communicate service updates.
- Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Improve features, usability, and reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms (when applicable).
3) What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your home inventory data to build advertising profiles.
- We do not run third-party targeted advertising based on your home data.
4) Sharing and third parties
We may use trusted service providers to run the Service (for example, hosting, authentication, security, and operational tooling). These providers process data on our behalf and are expected to protect it and limit use to providing services to Dwelluno.
Examples of providers we may use
- Authentication (e.g., Firebase Authentication)
- Hosting and security services (e.g., Cloudflare)
- Waitlist operations (e.g., Airtable)
This list may change as the product evolves; we will update this policy if changes are material.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our users, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
5) Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time.
In practice, this generally means: account and home data remains until you delete it or request account deletion; operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and reliability purposes.
6) Your choices and rights
- You can opt out of non-essential emails (where applicable).
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
- You can request account deletion here: Delete Account.

7) Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk and respond quickly if issues are found.

8) Children’s privacy
Dwelluno is not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We’ll post updates on this page, and if changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify users.
